A new Scientific Seminar at the Institute for Medical Research will be held on November 8, 2024, starting at 10:00 AM.
Discover the latest therapies for preventing thrombosis in patients with hematologic malignancies and the application of specific biomarkers to predict thrombosis risk.
Dr. Vladan Čokić, Head of the Group for Molecular Oncology, will present findings from the EPOCHAL project, which combines clinical monitoring of patients with hematologic cancers and extensive preclinical studies using in vitro cell cultures, in vivo mouse models, and in silico profiling.
In discussing key topics and the latest information, the focus will be on scientific innovations, the use of new methodologies, and connecting with collaborators from other research fields.
The Scientific Seminar will be held in a hybrid format, in the Institute’s library, and via Microsoft Office Teams platform. No registration is required.
