Last Friday we discussed the challenges and consequences of micronutrient deficiencies throughout the life cycle and the development of food solutions.
The project Zero hidden hunger EU founded by the Swiss Secretariat for Education, Research, and Innovation, the European Union’s Horizon Europe, and UK Research and Innovation has been presented by Dr. Jelena Milešević. Dr. Milešević explained how the Institute for Medical Research participates in extending the current dietary modeling research infrastructure, considering changes in micronutrient bioavailability.
We enjoyed an exciting lecture and constructive discussion, and we look forward to attending the next Scientific Seminar at the Institute for Medical Research which will be held on 14, June 2024.
