Dr Saša Radovanović, Director of the Institute for Medical Research, represented our Institute at Swiss Biotech Day 2025, one of Europe’s leading events in the field of biotechnology, held from May 4 to 6 in Basel.
The Institute was presented as Serbia’s national centre for translational research, with a clear focus on the development of innovative biomedical solutions and the implementation of multidisciplinary scientific approaches. Particular emphasis was placed on our role as one of the future hosts of the BIO4 Campus, a national platform designed to strengthen the connection between academia, the healthcare system, and industry.
During the event, we initiated discussions with potential international partners aimed at the joint development of technologies and strategies that could enhance diagnostics, treatment, and prevention in the healthcare systems of the future.
